ADMITTED BY CHINESE. HEAVY JAPANESE CASUALTIES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) CHUNGKING, October 6. The Central News admits that the Chinese have evacuated Chengchow, after inflicting 5,000 Japanese casualties.
