BRITISH BLACKOUT
PROPOSED MODIFICATION.

The Government is expected to issue a statement soon on the prospects of modifying the blackout in Britain. A lead has been given by relaxing the blackout in Moscow,, a fact to which the attention of Mr H. Morrison '(Home Secretary) has been drawn. Sir W. A. Wayland, M.P., urged Mr Morrison to introduce modified piewar street lighting.
