CALTAUX KNOCKS OUT DAVIS. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, October 5. Vic Caltaux (10.5) retained the welterweight title on Saturday night, when he knocked out Jack Davis (10.51) in the eleventh round of a scheduled fifteen rounds bout, in a fast fight. Caltaux showed definite superiority and his aggressiveness and better ringcraft steadily wore the challenger .down.
