THREE CASUALTIES
ONE OF THEM FATAL CAUSED BY EARTHQUAKES IN QUETTA. PROTECTION FROM RESISTANT BUILDINGS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) QUETTA, October 2. A further earthquake shock last night lasted about twenty seconds. Over a dozen intermittent shocks oh October 29 and 30 caused only three casualties, oite of which was fatal. That only negligible damage was done evidently was due to “earthquake proof” buildings. _______
