NO=CONFIDENCE DEBATE INDEPENDENT HOLDS BALANCE OF POWER. DECLARATION EXPECTED ’ • TODAY. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. Speakers in the Federal no-con-fidence debate last night included the Deputy-Leader of the Opposition, Mr Forde, who condemned compulsory loans, and said these •had been jettisoned by New Zealand. The debate was adjourned until today, when it is expected that the Independent, Mr Wilson, who holds the balance of power, will declare himself, after which the fate of the Government will be known.
