Stalin, 1 Mr Harriman and Lord Beaverbrook received the detailed reports from each . committee and co-ordinated their find- ; ings by working every night. Lord , Beaverbrook said the Russians were - very pleased indeed with the results of ; the conference and had a remarkable understanding of Britain’s problems. Their satisfaction was shown by their confidence. Material was arriving and would continue to arrive. He added that a number of American experts would remain to handle practical and technical problems.
