AT THE THREE POWER CONFERENCE PERSONAL MESSAGE TO STALIN. FROM BRITISH PREMIER & ROOSEVELT. LONDON, October 2. ' !> it was made known today that when the British and American delegates to the Three Power ( Conference arrived in Moscow . they delivered a personal message to 1 M. Stalin from Mr Churchill and , President Roosevelt. ‘ Lord Beaverbrook has told how the ( conference was able to finish its work , so quickly and successfully. M. Stalin, 1 Mr Harriman and Lord Beaverbrook received the detailed reports from each . committee and co-ordinated their find- ; ings by working every night. Lord , Beaverbrook said the Russians were - very pleased indeed with the results of ; the conference and had a remarkable understanding of Britain’s problems. Their satisfaction was shown by their confidence. Material was arriving and would continue to arrive. He added that a number of American experts would remain to handle practical and technical problems.
