STUD SHEEP

DESPATCHED TO URUGUAY. NUMBER FROM WAIRARAPA. Sixty-eight stud sheep have been dispatched by Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co. from New Zealand to the Uruguayan Government to the order of the Sheep Improvement Committee of'■that country. These included 20 Lincoln rams bred by Mr Eric Wilton, Rangitumau; 19 Romney ram hoggets bred by Messrs R. W. Matthews, Waiorongomai, and J. G. and I. R. Donald, Featherston, and 8 Romney ewe hoggets bred by Mr R. W. Matthews.
