ROTARY CLUB
WEEKLY LUNCHEON MEETING. There was a good attendance at the weekly luncheon meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club at the Y.M.C.A. today, which was presided over by the president, Mr Norman Lee. The speaker for the day was Mr J. E. Tier, M.A., Dip. Soc. Sc., Dip. Ed., who gave a most interesting address on the history and strategical importance of Iran, a report or which appears elsewhere in this issue.On the motion of Mr H. H. Daniell a hearty vote' of thanks was passed to Mr Tier for his informative talk.
