PLAY READING
LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY. “Laburnum Grove,” a three-act comedy by J. B. Priestley, was read last night by the Masterton Little Theatre Society. The evening was a most enjoyable one. Those taking part were: — Elsie Radfern, Miss Wilton; Mrs (Lucy) Baxley, Mrs Hair; Bernard Baxley, Mr L. T. Daniell; George Radfern, Mr H. H. Daniell; Harold Ruse, Mr Allan Douglas; Joe Fletten, Mr Cross; Mrs (Dorothy) Radfern, Miss Jean Douglas; Inspector Stack, Mr Mackenzie Douglas; Sergeant Morris and stage directions, Mr Holdgate.
