The question of whether the Dominion will have a general election soon is almost certain to be settled this week. The expectation is that, following the statement of Mr Nash during the absence .of the Prime Minister overseas, Mr Fraser will make his first announcement on the floor of the House. The view is held in the lobbies where the question is the chief topic of discussion, that today's meeting ol the caucus of the Labour Party will expedite the release of the Government’s decision.
