CHEESE CRISPS

THIS IS TASTY. Soak 1 cup soft breadcrumbs in 1 cup cold milk until soft. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a double saucepan, add I cup soft cheese, salt and cayenne to taste, and when melted, add soaked crumbs and 1 lightly beaten egg. Allow to cook for 5 minutes, then pour over fingers of fried bread. Serve at once.
