GIVEN TO FINLAND BY BRITAIN TREATMENT AS OPEN ENEMY. IF ADVANCE IS MADE BEYOND OLD FRONTIER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 23. If she continues to invade purely Russian territory Britain will have no option but to treat Finland as an open enemy now and at the making of peace. This was a warning which has been given to Finland by Britain after consultation with Russia, says “The Times.” Each yard the Finns go beyond the old frontier is regarded as purely and simply aggression.
