A report from Ankara says that King Boris of Bulgaria, is on his way for la meeting with Herr Hitler. He is said to be accompanied by his army chiefs. Moscow today emphatically denied the Bulgarian accusation that Soviet saboteurs had arrived in Bulgaria by parachute and rubber boats. Members of the Bulgarian Parliament have been addressing public meetings in various parts of the country. Each approved of the Government’s policy but gave no indication of what that policy was.
