HAWKE’S BAY SHOW
SCHEDULE OF CLASSES. The-Hawke's Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society's spring show will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 22 and 23, and intending exhibitors who have not yet received a copy of the schedule should communicate with the secretary (Mr A. M. Rctemeyer) Box 145, Napier, when a copy will be forwarded immediately. Notwithstanding war conditions the general opinion Expressed last year was that the show 7 was of a very high standard and there is every prospect of the coming show being equal if not of a higher standard. In addition to a full schedule of classes for all breeds of horses, cattle, sheep and pigs, sections are also included for fleece wool, dogs, poultry, home industries, needlework, knitting and art work, also numerous horse competitions. Prize money is fully maintained and the trophies are numerous and valuable. Entries close with the secretary on Wednesday, October 1.
