IN IMMEDIATE PROSPECT. “ONLY MIRACLE CAN PREVENT WAR.” (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) NEW YORK, September 21. The “New York Times” Ankara correspondent says BulgarianRussian diplomatic relations are expected to be broken off tonight. After a six-hour emergency meeting of the Bulgarian Cabinet, the situation was described as hopeless. I Another Ankara report says only a miracle can prevent war between Bulgaria and Russia,. Bulgaria strongly protested to Moscow about the sinking of the freighter Rodina. A Rome radio message stated that a Russian mine sank the ship.
