PRIME MINISTER ON WAR DANGER. INJUNCTION AGAINST TAKING SIDES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BANGKOK, September 21. The Prime Minister, Dr. Songgram, in a broadcast, said: “War involving Thailand may flare up at any moment. The situation has become tense. All Thais must be strictly neutral. If you take sides you run the risk of war and the Government then cannot guarantee the country’s safety.”
