FIRES STARTED IN BERLIN & FRANKFURT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY, September 21. An Air Ministry communique states: “The Bomber Command last night, in bad weather, attacked objectives at Frankfurt, Berlin and other places in north-west Germany. Many fires were started in Frankfurt and Berlin. • “Other aircraft attacked docks at Ostend, wth good results. “Four of our planes are missing.”
