REGARDING PORT OF JIBUTI. AND ADDIS ABABA RAILWAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, September 19. Protesting against the continuation of the British blockade, the Jibuti radio, on behalf of the Administration, has offered to place the port of Jibuti and the Addis Ababa railway under international control.
