SOVIET AGENTS
CAPTURED ON BLACK SEA COAST. ACCORDING TO BULGARIAN REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 19. A, Bulgarian communique announced that six Russian parachutists landed in the Bulgarian Dobruja and also that a Russian submarine landed a number of terrorists on the Bulgarian coast, carrying explosives and radio transmitters. The Bulgars captured them all.
