ROTARY CLUB
BUSINESS AT WEEKLY LUNCHEON. There was a large attendance of members at the weekly luncheon meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club at the Y.M.C.A. today. The president, Mr Norman Lee, presided. Messrs G. V. Tomkinson and A. Luke (Auckland), G. F. Briggs (Y.M.C.A., Wellington), Morris Jones, H. Hills, J. Ninnes and V. L. Larsen (Masterton) were guests of the club. The speaker for the day was the Mayor, Mr T. Jordan, who gave an in-' teresting and informative address on “Regional Planning,” a report of which appears in another column. On the motion of the president, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr Jordan for his address.
