WELLINGTON MARKET PRICES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Prices of fruit and vegetables in the Wellington markets are quoted as follows: — Passion fruit, 8s to 27s a half case; grapefruit, N.Z., 6s to 14s a bushel case; lemons, Meyer, Ils 6d to 19s a half case; tree tomatoes, 7s to 12s a half case; mandarins, 14s to 20s a half case. Tomatoes: Hothouse, 2s 5d to 3s Id a lb.; cucumbers, 14s to 20s a dozen; green peas, Is 2d to Is 5d a lb.; pumpkins, Triumble, 20s to 34s a sack; Greys, 12s to 17s 6d. Potatoes, 10s to 16s 6d a cwt.; ditto, Nelson, 4d. to 4jd a lb.; onions, 16s to 25s a cental bag; kumeras, 8s to Ils a sugar bag. Sprouts, 18s to 29s a case; cabbage, 10s to 22s 6d a sack; cauliflowers, 10s to 20s a sack; lettuce, 6s to 21s 6d a case; cabbage, spring, 4s to 12s a case; spinach, 8s to 23s a case; silver beet, 3s 6d to 7s a case. Leeks, 9s to 13s a case; parsnips, 10s to 16s a case; swedes, Is 6d to 6s a case; beetroot, 11s to 17s a case; celery, Auckland, 10s to 16s 6d a case; carrots, 4s to 9s 9d a case; rhubarb, 8s to 16s a dozen bunches.
