VISIT TO WASHINGTON
DUKE & DUCHESS OF WINDSOR. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON, September 15. Mrs F. D. Roosevelt, at a Press conference, said that she imagined the Duke and Duchess of Windsor would be received at the White House during their visit to Washington on September 25 and 26. So far, Mrs Roosevelt said, she had not received any official intimation of such a visitr’-' ' ' She denied a’ published report that she had prevented the visit of ex-King Carol to Washington because she refused to receive Madame Lupescu.
