LADIES’ AUXILIARY. MONTHLY MEETING OF MEMBERS. At the monthly meeting of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Y.M.C.A., held in the Lounge Room, there was a good attendance of members. The treasurer’s report was considered satisfactory. It was stated that a Father and Son Tea would be held on Thursday, September 18. Representatives of the Board of Directors met the Auxiliary with a view to discussing ways and means of holding a spring fair on October 17. Stalls of various kinds will be conducted in the afternoon and in the evening there will be many attractions. A successful bring and buy was held. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Mac Kay and Bannister.
