RIDING ACCIDENT
» „ GOVERNOR OF VICTORIA INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) MELBOURNE. September 11. The Governor of Victoria, Sir'Winslon Dugan, met with a riding accident yesterday and his injuries have proved more serious than anticipated. They include a fractured pelvis and broken ribs. His condition today was said to be as satisfactory as could be expected.
