COLLISION WITH TRUCK
WOMAN CYCLIST KILLED. TRAGEDY AT NEW PLYMOUTH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, September 11. Head injuries that caused almost instant death were received by Dora Thickett, aged 45, married, when the bicycle she was riding was struck at an intersection tonight by a truck driven by Ben Shaw, of Spotswood, a farmer. She is survived by her husband and three daughters.
