HEAVY REDUCTION
IN PRIVY PURSE GRANT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 10. The National Accounts reveal that the King’s Privy Purse grant, for the year ended March 31, £9996 sterling, compared with £29,826 in the previous year.
The Privy Purse grant is an allowance from the public revenue for the King’s private expenses.
