WEST OF THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT RAILWAY LINE, has, by resolution of the Council, been appointed to be a PARKING PLACE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES, in accordance with the Wairarapa Counties By-laws, 1927. during the Carterton Race Meeting, to be held at the Clareville Race Course on Saturday, the 13th September, 1941.
