The terms accepted by Iran, in addition to the points reported earlier, also provide for the withdrawal of Iranian troops from specified points. Seven hundred Germans, it is estimated, are being interned, pending a decision as to whether they shall be exchanged or transported to India and Russia. They exclude the members of diplomatic staffs and a few technicians. The oilfields remain in British hands and aerodromes, roads and communications in joint British-Soviet hands.
