FRITZ WIEDEMANN
MISSION TO SOUTH AMERICA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) RIO DE JANEIRO, September 9. After his expulsion from the United States to Berlin, Herr Fritz Wiedemann arrived here by air. He said he was on a special mission to South America. He intends to fly to Buenos Aires. Berlin previously announced that Wiedemann was to become 1 consul-gen-eral at Tientsin.
