RUSSIAN & BRITISH. COLLABORATION DESIRED. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day. 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 7. M. Shvernik, Secretary of the Central Council of Trade Unions, told Press representatives in Moscow that Russian Trade Unions would- welcome British Trade Union moves aimed at closer collaboration, particularly the establishment of a common Trade Union Council.
