CHURCH SERVICES

The services/ at the Salvation Army Citadel tomorrow will be conducted by Major and Mrs Ransom. Special prayer services will be conducted tomorrow by the Very Rev. G. H. McNeur at Knox Presbyterian Church and at Matahiwi. Members of Ihe Young AVomen's Bible Classes are requested to attend the citizens’ prayer service in the Park. Kings will conduct both morning and evening services at Masterton, and also the service at Wangaehu in the afternoon. The service at Kuripuni will be conducted by the Masterton Mission Band. The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be ob-, serVed at the evening service at Masterton. . Special services in connection with the National Day of Prayer will be held at all Church of England churches tomorrow. Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher at the services at St. Matthew’s Church and Bideford. Mr N. W. Ninnes will conduct the service at Kuripuni, and the Rev. H. Taepa that at Upper Plain. The afternoon services at Taueru will be conducted by the Rev. T. V. Pearson, C.F. ■The Rev. Dr. Chapman, D.D., Marist Missioner, will be the preacher at St. Patrick’s Church, Masterton, tomorrow, when a special Day of Intercession will be held. Exposition- of the Blessed Sacrament will be continued throughout the day. The annual retreat for women of the parish will also commence tomorrow.
