SUCCESSES IN BALTIC AND ELSEWHERE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 5. Moscow officially reports that Soviet aircraft on September 2 destroyed 52 enemy planes in the air and on the ground for a loss of 28. In the Baltic Sea, Soviet aircraft and torpedo motor boats sank an enemy transport and coastal vessel and severely damaged two transports, which were run aground.
