PETROL FOR RUSSIA
FURTHER TANKERS DUE TOMORROW. STEADY STREAM TO FOLLOW. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, September 5. The American tanker carrying aviation spirit for the Russian air force which arrived safely at Vladivostock is the L. P. St. Clair (8066 tons). She has on board 95,000 barrels. Further tankers are due on Sunday arid Monday and thereafter there will be a stream of ships for Russia.
