Canada’s one hundred and ten million dollar chemicals and explosives programme is to be integrated with the Sffiffis. The Minister of Munitions and Supply announced on July , ..a„ plans have been completed for the establishment of an informal joint committee to assure the maximum efficient use of chemicals and explosives. In the past three months eight more plants have begun to pro--n.or, raking a total of sixteen out of twenty-three planned now in operaton. Eighty-five per cent of construction work of programme has been completed. .
