NOW ON PARIS BILLS OF FARE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, September 3. The Paris “Soir” announced that Parisian restaurants were now serving dog and cat meat. Cats have recently brought as much as thirty francs each. Dog’s meat, says the paper, is edible when fried in margarine.
