■' ASSURANCE OF THE FULLEST CO-OPERATION. IN HEMISPHERE AFFAIRS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ■ MEXICO CITY, September 2. President Camacho, opening the Mexican Congress, said that Mexico would omit nothing in co-operating to maintain the security of the Western Hemisphere against aggression. Agreement between Mexico and the United States on long-standing problems was about to reach a full and satisfactory conclusion.
