PAN=AMERICAN AIRWAYS
FORMATION OF SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES. ATLANTIC AND AFRICAN SERVICES. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 29. The Civil Aeronautics Board today granted Pan-American Airways permission to set up two new subsidiaries — Pan-American Airways Africa, Ltd., and Pan-American Air Ferries, Inc. These companies will operate the new commercial air service to Africa and ferry bombers to Britain.
