Toronto (Ontario).—The largest and heaviest single piece of express ever carried by Trans-Canada Air Lines left Malton Airport, near here, recently, when a transformer weighing 502 pounds was shipped to Dawson City, Yukon Territories. At Edmonton, Alberta, the transformer was transferred to the Yukon Southern Airways, and arrived at its destination the following afternoon. The transformer was hoisted on board the big aircraft with block and tackle.
