The Vichy War Minister, General Huntziger, has been sent to French North Africa to command the French troops, says the British United Press Vichy correspondent. General Audet. Commandor-in-Chief in Tunisia, has been recalled to command at. Toulouse. General Detassigny succeeds General Audet. General Koeltz becomes Commander in Algiers and Geneial Jiun Commander-in-Chief in Morocco, succeeding Admiral Nogues. who remains as Resident-General. General Weygand retains his position as DelegateGeneral in French Africa.
