NORTH ISLAND SECONDARY SCHOOLS. GISBORNE BEAT WAIRARAPA. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The North Island secondary schools boys’ hockey tournament was continued on Karori Park, Wellington, on a very heavy ground yesterday. Following are the results: — Section A: Auckland Grammar 8 beat Wanganui Technical College 1; Wellington College 2 beat Howick 1; Gisborne 3 beat Wairarapa 0. Section B: Palmerston North Boys’ High School 2 beat Mt. Albert Grammar School 1; Hamilton High School 3 beat Rongotai College 2; Stratford High School 3 beat Wellington Technical College 1.
