SOMETHING FOR LUNCH. Wash a small red cabbage and a small white cabbage well and thoroughly dry. Put both through a mincei. but do not mix them together. Add salt and pepper to red cabbage, place in a well-greesed casserole, and dot with a little butter. Chop 4 green apples into dice, add i cup brown sugar, a little lemon juice, and grated nutmeg. Place the prepared apples over cabbage, then mix 1 minced green pepper and green cabbage together, seasen with pepper and salt, cover apples, and add ,a little melted butter. Cover with breadcrumbs and dot with a little more butter or margarine and bake in a moderate oven for half an hour.
