HOUSE OF COMMONS SEAT VACATED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) RUGBY, August 20. Sir Paul Latham, who it was announced in the House of Commons last month is to be tried by court-martial for alleged offences under the military law, has vacated his Parliamentary seat.
