EVIDENCE OF GERMAN FAILURE. SAFE ARRIVAL OF TROOP CONVOYS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 11.10 a.m.) RUGBY, August 20. In connection with the arrival of additional Canadian troops and men of the Belgian Army, it is pointed out that the fact .that these contingents from across the Atlantic continue to arrive safely in Britain gives incidentally a strong reassurance that Germany is losing the Battle of the Atlantic.
