The “Daily Express” says “Bader’s Bus Service" has sent Wing Commander Bader, the legless pilot now a prisoner of war, a new meta: reg. which was dropped by paraenute fiom a fighter during the normal course of a daylight sweep in northern France. Wing Commander Bader’s colleagues competed for the honour of delivering the leg, and it was decided that the members of “Bader’s Bus Service,’ which flies almost daily between South England and occupied France, should do the job. The leg was carefully packed to avoid damage and was last seen floating to the ground.
