OBITUARY
MR CHARLES PENDLEBURY.
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 18. The death has occurred of Mr Charles Pendlebury, whose name is familiar to many generations of schoolboys throughout the Empire.
The late Mr Pendlebury, who was senior mathematical master at St. Paul’s School from 1877 to 1910, was the author of many publications on arithmetic, and trigonometry.
