FOR SUNDAY’S SUPPER
COFFEE SAVOY. Cream one-third of a cup of butter well, gradually add 1 cup sifted brown sugar, then the yolks of three eggs; now add very gradually :! cup cold and very strong black coffee, a few drops vanilla essence. Line a freezing tray with sponge fingers, fill with the mixture and freeze until firm. A few drops sherry may be sprinkled over fingers before adding mixture.
