ICELAND HARBOURS
IMPROVEMENT & EXTENSION. UNDERTAKEN BY UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) REYKJAVIK, August 14. The United States has agreed to undertake a vast improvement and extension of Iceland’s harbour facilities, it was announced today. The UnitedStates will provide material and employ Iceland labour.
