EKETAHUNA
FIRE BRIGADE ANNUAL BALL. (“Times-Age” Special.) The annual ball of the Eketahuna Fire Brigade held in the Public Hall on Monday night drew a record crowd and was most successful from every point of view. Mr Frank Pool's Blue River Band supplied the music. Extras were played by the Eketahuna Orchestra. The M.’sC. were Superintendent H. Rogers (secretary), S. Daniel, and Fireman F. West.
The supper arrangements were in the charge of a ladies' committee. These responsible for the ball are to be congratulated on the success of their efforts.
