HEINKEL PLANE
SHOT DOWN BY BRITISH MINE-SWEEPERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) RUGBY, August 10. An Admiralty communique states that a Heinkel 111 was shot down into the sea last night by anti-aircraft fire from a group of our mine-sweepers. Our ships suffered neither damage nor casualties.
