BLOWN UP AT ROUGE RIVER. POSSIBILITY OF SABOTAGE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) DETROIT, August 9. The oil-tanker Transiter, believed to be Canadian, on route to Montreal with 15,000 barrels of petrol, exploded at Rouge River. Two persons are missing. The police are investigating the possibility of sabotage.
